Renew, realign, rediscover yoga workshop

Join us for a welcoming and supportive beginner yoga workshop designed for those who are new to yoga or looking to refresh their practice. In this session, you’ll learn the foundational poses, proper alignment, and breathing techniques that form the core of a balanced yoga practice. Lisa will guide you through each pose with detailed instructions, offering modifications to suit your body and comfort level.

This workshop is perfect for individuals who want to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in a relaxed and non-judgmental environment. By the end of the session, you’ll have a better understanding of yoga’s physical and mental benefits, as well as tools to incorporate yoga into your daily routine. No prior experience necessary—just bring an open mind and a desire to explore!

Your Instructor, Dr. Lisa Grunberger, has a doctorate in Comparative Religion and Philosophy and has been teaching yoga for over 25 years.  She's the author of Yiddish Yoga: Ruthie's Adventures in Love, Loss and the Lotus Position, poetry, plays and memoir.  When she's not teaching yoga, she moonlights as an English Professor at Temple University.

February workshop scheduling will open on January 28th. To sign up early, please email us!
