PILATES Mat TEACHER TRAINING

Learn Classical Pilates repertoire plus lots of original exercises developed by Ellie over the past 20 years. This training will include 10 hours of demonstration and lecture on the Pilates Mat in our studio.

Requirements for Pilates Mat Teacher Training:

  • Weekend one: January 25 & 26, 2025

  • Weekend two: March 22 & 23, 2025

  • Required Books: Ellie Herman’s Pilates Mat Manual, click here to purchase, or buy during the training for 10% off.

Additional Requirements to Receive Your Teacher Training Certificate:

  • 25 hours each of self-practice, 25 hours student teaching, and 25 hours of observation after the weekend trainings

  • Students must take a minimum of 10 Pilates Mat classes before or after the weekend trainings

  • Test out with Ellie Herman (may be scheduled separately with Ellie) Fee $150

  • Anatomy course required if you are interested in becoming comprehensively certified, but not required if just doing the Mat training.
