Finding Balance through the Nervous System - Move, Meditate, Breathe, Heal

Applicable and open to all levels of experience, join Courtney in a holistic coaching experience rooted in the nervous system. In this session, we review the foundations of the nervous system, its connection to yoga philosophy, the power it has in sending us signals, as well as our ability to regulate our energy through this interoceptive awareness and our somatic work.

Come prepared for both calming and activating practices utilizing movement, breathwork, and meditation. Guided journaling and sharing will also be included to reflect on how you can take this work into your day to day life.

How to prepare:
Dress in comfortable clothes for light movement, and please bring a journal, pen, and water. Bringing a yoga mat is also suggested.
