Join Julie Young in this 2-hour arm balance and inversion workshop! During this workshop, Julie will lead a brief warming flow with stretching and isometric exercises to support the advancement of arm balancing asanas. She will provide background and philosophy, break down alignment, and empower you to build confidence and strength within your practice. The workshop will include a breakdown of crow pose, side crow, firefly pose, 8-angle pose, eka pada koundinyasana, and more. Inversions include headstand, pincha mayurasana, handstand, and more.
