PILATES chair TEACHER TRAINING
Learn Classical Pilates repertoire plus lots of original exercises developed by Ellie over the past 20 years. This training will include 10 hours per weekend of demonstration and lecture on the Pilates Chair in our studio.

Requirements for Pilates Chair Teacher Training:
Weekend training: May 3 & 4, 2025

Additional Requirements to Receive Your Teacher Training Certificate:
10 Lecture and demonstration hours with Ellie plus 12 hours Self-Practice, 12 hours Teaching, 12 hours Observation after the weekend training
Test out with Ellie Herman (may be scheduled separately with Ellie) Fee $150
Anatomy course required if you are interested in becoming comprehensively certified, but not required if just doing the Chair training.
